HOW WE WORK

Fast, transparent, and direct to engineering.

We don't use account managers. When you hire Kruze, you speak directly with the engineers building your product. Here is exactly what to expect from day one to launch.

The Process

Day 1-2

01Discovery & Scope

We analyze your requirements and cut out unnecessary bloat. Within 48 hours, you receive a fixed-price proposal and a realistic timeline.

Week 1

02Design & Architecture

We build a complete system architecture and high-fidelity UI design. You approve the exact look and feel before we write a single line of code.

Week 2-3

03Development Sprints

We build your product in rapid weekly sprints. You get staging links to test the live product as it's being built, ensuring we stay perfectly aligned.

Week 4

04Launch & Handover

We deploy to your domain, set up your analytics, and hand over the entire codebase. No vendor lock-in. You own everything.

Our Guiding Principles

No Agency Markup
Direct Engineering Access
Fixed Transparent Pricing
Complete Code Ownership

What You Get

You get the complete, uncompiled source code hosted on your own GitHub repository. We don't hold your code hostage.

Design Assets

Every Figma file, vector graphic, and branding asset created during the project is handed over to you.

Deployment & Hosting

We configure your AWS, Vercel, or custom servers and deploy the application to your own domain.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a project typically cost?

Every project is entirely unique. We don't believe in arbitrary packages. After our initial discovery call, we analyze your exact requirements and provide a fixed-price proposal tailored specifically to your budget and scope. Because you work directly with engineers, you avoid the heavy 50-100% markup typically charged by traditional agencies.

Do you use templates or WordPress?

Never. Everything we build is custom-coded from the ground up using Next.js, React, and modern backend architectures. This guarantees maximum performance, security, and scalability tailored precisely to your business logic.

What is your typical payment structure?

We usually structure payments around project milestones. Typically, this means a deposit to commence work, a milestone payment upon design/architecture approval, and the final balance upon successful deployment and handover.

What if I need changes after the launch?

We include a 30-day bug-free guarantee with every launch to ensure a smooth rollout. For ongoing feature development, new integrations, or maintenance, we offer flexible monthly retainer packages or hourly billing based exactly on what you need.

Who will I be communicating with during the project?

You will communicate directly with the lead engineer and designer actively building your product. We eliminate account managers and middlemen so your requirements, feedback, and vision are never lost in translation.

Do you handle the UI/UX design as well?

Absolutely. We handle the entire product lifecycle—from wireframing and high-fidelity UI/UX design in Figma, all the way to the final deployed codebase and server configuration.

How do you handle project management and updates?

We work in rapid, transparent weekly sprints. You'll receive staging links to interact with the live product as it's being built, ensuring we stay perfectly aligned with your expectations at every step.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

While we generally prefer building from scratch to guarantee architectural integrity and code quality, we do conduct audits and take over modern React/Node.js codebases on a case-by-case basis after a thorough technical review.
