Citizens scan QR codes on community bins to log correct disposal and earn points. AI waste classifier (DenseNet201, 95%+ accuracy) identifies waste type from a photo. Gamified leaderboard with Swiggy voucher rewards. Works offline with sync when connectivity returns.

Real-Time Operations Control

Live map shows every bin's fill level, every vehicle's GPS position, and all active complaints by ward. Genetic Algorithm + Dijkstra route optimisation recalculates the most fuel-efficient path. Geofenced proof-of-work: workers must be within 10m of a bin to mark it complete.

DenseNet201 Waste Classifier

95%+ accuracy waste type detection from citizen photos. Identifies plastic, organic, recyclables. Instant bin-colour guidance in English and Hinglish.

Genetic Algorithm Routing

Genetic Algorithm combined with Dijkstra calculates the most fuel-efficient truck route based on real-time bin fill levels. ~30% fuel reduction vs fixed schedule.

QR-Code Bin Ecosystem

Each bin has a unique QR code. Citizens scan to earn points. Workers scan for proof-of-service. ₹10 per QR vs ₹2,000+ for RFID — 200× cheaper.

"Kachra Laye Ho?" Gamification

Neighbourhood leaderboards, Swiggy/Zomato voucher rewards, loot store, and community events. Wealth points, weekly streak bonuses, and citizen mascot.

Geofenced Proof-of-Work

Workers must be within 10 metres of a bin to mark a task complete. Full audit trail: timestamp, GPS, worker ID, vehicle ID. Eliminates false "collected" reports.

Overflow alerts trigger immediate re-routing. Real-time complaint lifecycle with SLA tracking. Community event management and live ticket assignment built in.

Mapped India's 62MT annual waste crisis. Identified systemic gaps: no source segregation, unoptimised routing, zero citizen engagement.

Jan 2025

Architecture design

Designed three-stakeholder platform. QR over RFID for 200× cost reduction. Genetic Algorithm routing engine prototyped.

Feb 2025

AI & core build

Trained DenseNet201 classifier. Built routing engine. Gamification layer with leaderboards, loot store, and voucher rewards.
